The Front Desk is open 24 hours and guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm. Please note that from September to mid-May, Conferences and Accommodation staff are available from 7am to midnight seven days a week. Between the hours of midnight and 7am staff at the Front Desk is available for emergencies and after hours check-ins.

Parking is available for the nightly fee of $20 or under.

Pets are not permitted in any of our guest rooms. Service Animals are permitted with proper documentation, which must be presented at check in.

There are 2 fitness facilities centrally located on the campus, the Bird Coop and the Arc, which offer discounted drop in rates for our guests. Additionally, there is a Gold’s Gym located at the University Village. The UBC Aquatic Center offers public access to the pool at designated times for a small fee. Please refer to their website for up to date times. Guests wishing to use the pool and fitness facilities can purchase multiday passes when booking their room reservation.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please enquire with our Front Desk Staff for recommendations on nearby breakfast options.

There are a variety of food outlets around on the UBC Campus. Please enquire at the front desk for locations and hours of operation.

Laundry Facilities are available at each of our properties. Refillable Laundry cards are available at the Front Desk for a $5 deposit. Guests are responsible for the cost of each load of laundry.
